We are seeking a driven and creative
Marketing Associate with a strong sales focus
to support lead generation, campaign execution, and revenue growth initiatives. This role bridges marketing and sales, helping ensure our messaging reaches the right audience and converts into measurable business opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about turning marketing insights into sales results.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, and events.
Optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
Maintain and update marketing collateral, presentations, and product sheets.
Support content creation (blogs, email copy, landing pages, social posts) tailored for sales enablement.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points and develop targeted messaging.
Prepare sales materials, case studies, and competitive analysis documents.
Manage lead nurturing workflows and follow-up sequences in CRM/marketing automation tools.
Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
Market Research & Insights
Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends to inform strategy.
Identify new opportunities for lead generation and audience growth.
Assist in segmenting audiences and optimizing buyer journeys.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows to support sales initiatives.
Manage the marketing calendar and ensure alignment with sales priorities.
Work with external partners, vendors, and creative teams as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
A proactive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to support revenue goals.
