Position Overview Reporting to the CRO or the CEO’s designee, the VP of Marketing will lead a high-performing team responsible for all aspects of brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, communications, and digital marketing. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Optimization, and Operations to create unified go-to-market strategies that fuel sustained growth across all business segments.
The VP of Marketing will be responsible for building and scaling a modern marketing function that aligns with TSC’s corporate strategy and revenue goals. This includes owning the marketing pipeline, elevating the TSC brand across key industry verticals, and ensuring that Marketing is a measurable growth engine for the organization.
With a strong background in marketing within service-based or hospitality-related industries, this individual will demonstrate the ability to build a data-driven marketing organization, lead cross-functional initiatives, and bring innovative strategies that resonate with both B2B buyers and enterprise decision makers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Build and lead a world-class marketing organization encompassing brand, communications, demand generation, digital marketing, and product marketing.
Develop the company’s marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with revenue goals, market dynamics, and corporate priorities.
Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Optimization to create integrated go-to-market plans that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue.
Brand, Communications & Market Presence
Own and elevate the TSC brand across all channels, ensuring consistent, compelling, and differentiated messaging.
Oversee all corporate communications, PR initiatives, and industry visibility efforts.
Ensure brand alignment across internal and external materials, proposals, pitches, and sales enablement collateral.
Represent TSC at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
Develop and execute robust demand generation programs to drive qualified leads across hospitality, gaming/casino, commercial, healthcare, and specialty services markets.
Create and maintain a KPI-driven marketing performance and measurement system.
Leverage digital channels—SEO, SEM, paid advertising, content marketing, retargeting—to grow inbound interest and pipeline productivity.
Product/Service Marketing
Gain deep knowledge of each business segment and its value propositions.
Ensure all offerings are aligned with market needs and competitive positioning.
Analyze emerging trends within hospitality, gaming, and commercial services to identify new opportunities for service diversification and market penetration.
Cross-Functional Partnerships
Collaborate with Sales to develop effective sales enablement tools and content that improve conversion.
Partner with the CRO and CEO to support executive-level strategy, board materials, and performance updates.
Work closely with Operations to ensure marketing accurately reflects service delivery capabilities, operational excellence, and customer outcomes.
Performance, Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and key program-level performance indicators.
Oversee marketing budget planning, allocation, and forecasting.
Regularly communicate insights, opportunities, and results to the CRO, CEO, and executive committee.
Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on, and data-oriented marketing leader with a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes. They must have significant experience leading marketing teams in high-growth, service-based, or hospitality-related industries.
Required
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, staffing, outsourced services, facilities management, or enterprise B2B service environments.
Expertise across all marketing disciplines including brand, demand generation, digital, content, communications, and product/service marketing.
Demonstrated success scaling a marketing function and building high-performing teams.
Proven experience developing integrated go-to-market strategies that drive revenue at scale.
Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and senior leadership teams.
Deep understanding of marketing technology stacks and CRM/automation platforms.
Strategic Vision & Forward-Thinking A leader who brings new ideas, challenges the status quo, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and no tolerance for mediocrity.
