As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are seeking an individual to join our organization as a Sr. Associate, Social Media. The Sr. Associate, Social Media is responsible for driving The Aspen Groups (TAG) executive‑level social presence, leading content creation for our LinkedIn portfolio, and managing high‑impact community engagement programs. This role blends creative storytelling, strategic thinking, and precise execution to ensure TAGs social platforms inspire, inform, and connect with both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate has deep experience in social content creation, executive‑level brand management, reporting & paid boosting, and community engagement with the ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic recommendations. This is a highly visible role that interacts with C‑suite executives and cross‑functional teams across the organization. This role reports into the Social Media Center of Excellence under the Sr. Manager of Social Media Enablement & Operations.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Leadership

Serve as the social media lead for TAGs portfolio LinkedIn presence, managing strategy, execution, and performance.

Develop and publish engaging, brand‑aligned content tailored for executive and corporate audiences.

Maintain a strong editorial voice and uphold a polished, professional brand presence.

Partner with executives, marketing, and communications teams to align social strategy with organizational priorities.

Boosting & Paid Social Support

Support boosting and paid promotion of social content for TAG across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok , including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and performance monitoring.

Collaborate with brand teams to identify high‑value content for promotion and ensure ROI‑driven ad spend.

Community Engagement Recruitment Brands

Oversee community engagement efforts for recruitment brands, including reactive responses, triage, proactive outreach, and surprise & delight initiatives.

Manage response processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

Build and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc social media reports.

Pull data from Sprout Social, Google Analytics , and other tools to craft actionable insights.

Provide strategic recommendations based on performance metrics.

Advocacy & Brand Ambassadors

Support employee advocacy and brand ambassador programs, ensuring brand consistency and engagement growth.

Partner with HR, marketing, and leadership to expand advocacy reach and impact.

Qualifications & Skills Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing required

35 years of experience in social media management .

3 years in content creation and strategy , with a proven portfolio.

3 years in community engagement and moderation.

3 years in reporting & analytics , familiar with Sprout Social and Google Analytics.

Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager , TikTok Ads Manager , and LinkedIn campaign management , including boosting and paid campaigns.

Annual Pay Range : $64-68k
