Marketing Specialist - Architect Our Growth Engine
We’re hiring a
Marketing Specialist
to
build and lead our marketing strategy from scratch . You’ll work
directly with the General Manager
to shape our brand, drive demand, and generate qualified leads across countries such as the
U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Colombia .
This role blends
creative strategy with analytical execution . You’ll be responsible for building a scalable lead‑generation engine while owning performance tracking and optimization. If you’re
results‑driven, analytical, and proactive , this is your chance to create something from zero—with impact across an entire continent.
Tasks ️ Your Main Responsibilities
Develop a $6M USD sales funnel
through targeted multi‑channel campaigns
Define and lead our brand image
across platforms—visual identity, tone, and messaging
Collaborate with Sales
to increase monthly revenue through high‑quality lead generation
Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across email, SEO, social media, and paid media
Track and improve KPIs like
CPL, conversion rate, MQL‑to‑SQL ratio, and lead velocity
Build dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot
Analyze funnel performance and suggest data‑driven improvements
Support A/B testing and optimization experiments to increase conversion
Benchmark against competitors and identify growth opportunities
Requirements What We’re Looking For
Must‑Haves
2+ years in B2B marketing (preferably in tech, energy, or industrial sectors)
Strong skills in digital marketing and campaign execution
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM systems
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools
Excellent English writing (C1)
Highly
analytical, organized, and results‑driven
Comfortable working independently in fast‑paced environments
