Role Overview As a Travel PT, you’ll conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy to support patient recovery and functional improvement. You’ll collaborate closely with the care team and ensure documentation meets state and facility standards.
Responsibilities Perform patient screenings and comprehensive evaluations
Create and update customized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy to enhance mobility and reduce pain
Document services accurately and efficiently
Educate patients and families on home programs and goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff
Supervise PTAs (if applicable per Alaska practice laws)
Requirements Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Active Alaska PT license
or ability to obtain
Strong communication and clinical skills
Flexibility and adaptability in a travel setting
