You’ll own the customer journey post-purchase, building high-performing email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and LTV. From crafting killer flows and promos to A/B testing subject lines and optimizing automations, you’ll make every send count.
What You’ll Do:
Build and optimize automated email + SMS flows that increase repeat purchases.
Create and manage campaign calendars aligned with launches and promos.
Segment audiences and personalize content to boost engagement.
Analyze performance, A/B test ideas, and keep pushing results higher.
What You Bring: 2+ years in email or retention marketing (Klaviyo experience = big plus).
Strong mix of creative copy instincts + data-driven strategy.
A love for health, fitness, and helping people perform at their best.
