The Keller Group is actively seeking a strategic UX Researcher to join one of growing and established clients in the Greater Phoenix Arizona area. We're looking for an experienced UX Researcher who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on products used by thousands.
In this role, you'll lead rapid, iterative research across multiple clients and product teams-turning data into design direction and advocating for user needs every step of the way.
What You'll Do
Lead Iterative Research: Plan and execute bi-weekly research sprints, including surveys, usability tests, and preference studies across various client accounts. Leverage Research Tools: Manage and optimize platforms like Hotjar, Maze, and our proprietary Ladder platform to continuously gather user insights. Analyze & Synthesize Data: Quickly assess both qualitative and quantitative findings to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities. Deliver Clear Recommendations: Translate research insights into concise, actionable deliverables such as briefs, reports, and presentation decks. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to validate concepts and inform product strategy. Champion the User: Ensure user perspectives directly influence design decisions and business outcomes—both internally and with clients. Communicate Insights: Present findings clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences, adapting messaging for stakeholders, designers, and developers alike. Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience); 3‑5+ years in UX research, ideally within an agency or fast‑paced product environment. Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in tools such as Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, or similar platforms; strong grasp of research methodologies including surveys, usability testing, and preference studies; data analysis skills (both qualitative and quantitative). Communication & Collaboration:
Ability to distill complex findings into clear, impactful insights; experience creating polished, concise research deliverables that drive design decisions; comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills. Mindset & Organization:
Highly self‑motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities; passion for advocating on behalf of users and driving user‑centered design. Benefits
