Job Description We are seeking a visionary Marketing Senior Director to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, United States. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives

Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including digital marketing, brand management, and market research

Manage and mentor a high‑performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all touchpoints

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision‑making

Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI

Drive the adoption of cutting‑edge marketing technologies and data‑driven approaches

Present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth

Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms

Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

In‑depth knowledge of current marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Experience in budget management and resource allocation

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
