Build, test, and deploy automated email journeys and triggered communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Create dynamic, personalized content using data, scripting languages, and advanced ESP capabilities Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems to enhance efficiency and support marketing strategies Document and share best practices to translate business goals into scalable automation solutions Troubleshoot technical or deliverability issues to ensure strong inbox placement What is Required (Qualifications):

At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and understanding of building complex automated programs Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for developing responsive, data‑driven emails Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance standards such as CAN‑SPAM and CCPA Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills for managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tealium, with a data‑informed approach to campaign performance How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification Experience with APIs, lifecycle email campaigns, or system‑to‑system integrations for large‑scale automation Background in digital marketing strategy or the financial services industry, enhancing understanding of audience behavior We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
