About the role
The Product Marketing Manager is a member of Global Product Management (GPM), reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing. You will build and execute go-to-market and product adoption programs, creating client-facing assets to acquire new clients and grow retention.
What you will do
Develop an understanding of Gartner’s business and products to create compelling copy and design that differentiates our value in the market.
Understand client needs and target audiences, review existing research, and collaborate with product marketers on the team.
Drive product marketing-led asset creation for Gartner’s digital platforms, partnering with product marketing, product managers, sales enablement, and corporate marketing.
Create and write materials such as product positioning decks, case studies, video scripts, in-app messaging, and client emails that clearly articulate our value.
Review and edit materials for grammar, readability, and consistency with brand standards.
Maintain a library of content and collateral on the company intranet with the communications team.
Create and update presentations and one-sheets, writing copy and designing slides in PowerPoint.
Use a data-driven approach to analyze the impact of assets on seller success and adjust as needed.
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in marketing at a digital advertiser, agency, tech, or product/services company.
Demonstrated project management expertise and ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience using data and insights to craft compelling business narratives and impactful copy, messaging, and visuals.
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and the ability to foster partnerships across teams.
Advanced PowerPoint design skills and preferred experience with tools such as Figma.
