This role will contribute to running the creation of our marketing assets pipeline. Responsible for managing the entire process – from intake through publishing and promoting the various marketing assets the team creates. These assets are designed to support stakeholders and share the startup story beyond the company.

Base Pay Range $41.00/hr – $41.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

Messaging & Asset Development: Drive execution of messaging projects from concept to execution, including briefs, decks, and marketing content.

Customer Evidence Management: Act as the engine behind our customer evidence workflow managing timelines, stakeholders and deliverables so we can push stories from intake through publication; ensure timely updates and alignment with brand guidelines and legal/compliance requirements.

Project & Process Management: Drive end‑to‑end project management for messaging deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned; implement and optimize workflows for asset creation and customer evidence processes.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, design, and partner teams to deliver high‑quality assets and customer stories; act as the central point of coordination for messaging and evidence initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Performance & Reporting: Track and report on asset utilization and customer evidence impact to inform future strategy.

Job Requirements

5–7+ years in Product Marketing with a portfolio that showcases message development and shippable marketing assets (one pagers, pitch decks, web copy, talk tracks).

Prior work with tech/startup audiences is strongly preferred.

Strong project management skills is a must, with the ability to drive projects forward and keep our team aligned on deliverables.

Microsoft experience is strongly preferred.

Ability to distill complex technical or business concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.

Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.

Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset and leadership potential.

Comfortable taking initiative and driving projects forward with minimal oversight.
