Mosaic Home Interiors is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Design Sales Consultant to join our showroom sales team. In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners, designers, and contractors to help them select stunning tile, flooring, lighting, and bath products—guiding them from inspiration to installation. You’ll enjoy a weekday schedule (no weekends!), strong earning potential, and the satisfaction of helping clients design the spaces they’ve always wanted. Headquartered in Chantilly, VA, Mosaic operates nine locations across Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina, as well as a Central Service Center in Doswell, VA. Engage with customers in our showroom to understand their needs and help select the best home interior products for their projects. Utilize strong sales techniques to guide customers toward the right purchase while providing expert product knowledge. Build lasting relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders to encourage repeat business and referral clientele. Provide top‑on‑top customer service, helping clients feel confident in their selections and purchase decisions. Achieve monthly sales targets and participate in promotional activities. Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals. Handle transactions, process and coordinate sales, ensuring a seamless experience from selection to delivery, and manage customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Requirements
What We're Looking For: Outgoing, personable, and sales‑driven, with a passion for customer service. Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with customers and industry professionals. A self‑motivated team player who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment. Experience in consultative sales, including upselling and cross‑selling techniques. Strong ability to educate customers on product benefits and solutions. Proven track record in sales, with a closing mentality. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to assist customers in making the best choices. Ability to confidently represent the Mosaic brand and its commitment to quality. Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles preferred, especially in home interiors or related industries.
