Join an exciting project to build a robust, scalable web-based dashboard application from the ground up. This role involves end-to-end development, including designing and implementing both front-end and back-end components. You will create interactive charts, tables, analytics panels, and filters based on provided wireframes, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience. The position requires close collaboration with the founder to refine features such as customer health scoring, renewal tracking, churn risk alerts, activity feeds, and custom playbooks. You will have significant creative input into the design and functionality, with the potential for a long-term leadership opportunity if the collaboration is successful.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement front-end components using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)

Build and maintain back-end architecture with Node.js or Python

Integrate data visualization tools such as Chart.js or D3.js for analytics panels

Set up and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL)

Design and implement secure user authentication and API integrations

Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

Ensure the dashboard is fully responsive, scalable, and secure

Collaborate with the founder to iterate on user experience and feature set

Add advanced features including customer health scoring, renewal tracking, churn risk alerts, activity feeds, and custom playbooks

Maintain clear documentation and follow best practices for code quality and security

Skills And Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a strong front-end/back-end pairing

Proven experience building SaaS dashboards or analytics tools

Proficiency with front-end frameworks: React, Vue, or Angular

Strong back-end development skills in Node.js or Python

Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL

Expertise in integrating data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3.js)

Solid understanding of API design, integration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

Ability to design secure, scalable, and responsive web applications

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus: Experience with customer success tools, CRM, or B2B SaaS platforms

Creative mindset with a willingness to influence product design and features

Availability for ongoing collaboration and potential for a long‑term technical leadership role
