Responsibilities
Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
Plan and monitor the ongoing client’s/teams presence on Google, social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and execute email campaigns for teams/clients
Available for events in the community and at games to get content.
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Manage SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with graphic designers
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) to provide to client
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Incorporate feedback from marketing team and Zawyer management
Knowledge of hockey, basketball, and baseball is a plus
Skills
Experience with social media, Google Ads (SEM), Meta Paid Social, and email campaigns
SEO/SEM
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with email platforms, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Extensive knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and HTML is a plus
Google Analytics certified preferred
BS/BA in marketing or relevant field
