Marketing Manager
A growing real estate investment and operations platform is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead portfolio-wide and property-level marketing initiatives across a multi-state student housing/multifamily portfolio. This is a hands‑on, high-impact role within a small, entrepreneurial team where your work directly influences leasing performance, brand presence, and resident engagement.

The Opportunity The Marketing Manager will develop, manage, and optimize marketing strategies for both corporate initiatives and individual assets. You’ll work closely with operations and leasing leadership, as well as onsite teams, to drive occupancy, strengthen digital presence, and enhance branding across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customized marketing plans to support leasing and occupancy goals.
Manage social media presence for individual communities, including content creation.
Launch, monitor, and refine digital advertising campaigns.
Produce digital and print collateral for marketing initiatives.
Support resident events and community engagement programs.
Oversee updates to property websites and ensure accurate, compelling content.
Monitor and respond to online reviews and reputation platforms.
Build and manage annual marketing budgets for each community.
Train and mentor onsite leasing and marketing staff.
Create partnerships with local vendors, student groups, and community organizations.
Corporate Marketing
Oversee corporate branding, social media accounts, and marketing materials.
Support company-wide presentations, website updates, and communication initiatives.
General
Collaborate with a fast-moving team and assist with broader office needs as required.
Maintain strong organization and time‑management across multiple concurrent projects.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of marketing experience (student housing or multifamily strongly preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media management tools, digital ad platforms, and Canva.
Comfortable in an in-office, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Outgoing, relationship-driven personality; enjoys working closely with onsite teams.
Willingness to travel when necessary.

Salary:
$160,000 – $205,000 (C/F)
