Job Description Hybrid Graphic Designer – responsible for conceptualizing and creating online and offline collateral for marketing and sales, including original campaigns, direct mail, brochures, print and banner ads, product sheets, PowerPoint presentations, and more.
Conceptualize and produce marketing collateral for clients across multiple industries.
Work closely with clients and project management teams to understand business needs and translate them into design concepts.
Develop comprehensive multimedia campaigns, ensuring brand consistency while offering fresh design approaches.
Render designs for multimedia campaigns, elevating client brand and pushing creative boundaries.
Produce and deliver graphic, print, and digital media collateral to meet client requirements.
Understand the design deliverable process limits and manage client expectations through education on design restrictions.
Ensure all work visually appeals, meets specifications, and adheres to brand guidelines.
Perform quality assurance on own and others’ work.
Interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically.
Adhere to Williams Lea policies and client site policies, using equipment and supplies cost‑efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design (or related field) or equivalent experience.
2‑4 years of relevant graphic design industry experience.
Excellent design knowledge, application, and visual troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
Experience creating integrated marketing campaigns and extending brand look and feel across materials.
Ability to storyboard, develop visual ideas, and manage tight schedules and strict layout controls.
Web design experience is a plus.
Experience working in both agency and corporate environments preferred.
Motivated, organized, flexible, and self‑motivated with a positive can‑do attitude.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle sensitive/confidential documents.
Must meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.
