Job Summary We are currently seeking skilled and team-oriented applicants for the Marketing Project Manager position. Under administrative direction, the Marketing Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing marketing and communication methods and requests. The position performs project management efforts, including projects dealing with advertising, publications, website, social media, and email. This position coordinates with other departments and outside agencies to complete both internal and external projects with an emphasis on external. The position ensures that these efforts are culturally responsive to the populations being reached.

Salary and Benefits The salary for this position is $50,070 (minimum) up to $56,028. The salary within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills. In addition to salary, the university offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and disability insurance and retirement. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field.

Two or more years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, and communication.

Demonstrated ability to apply a responsive and flexible approach that supports the needs, including universal access, of students, faculty, staff and the public.

Job Duties

Primary custodian of marketing projects, coordinating all aspects affecting the final product, monitoring budgets, and ensuring alignment with overall goals.

Manage the full scope of activities related to the development and dissemination of marketing and communication materials, including publications, videos, events, brochures, advertisements, and email campaigns.

Oversee production of materials, providing direction on editing, media buying, talent selection, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and University Relations to develop and implement marketing goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.

Ensure the department provides excellent customer service to college constituents in a timely manner.

Participate in annual budget planning, including forecasting funds, approving expenditures, and implementing adjustments.

Streamline work assignment priorities, monitor progress, review work products, and ensure timely delivery of client-satisfied results.

Engage in professional development, staying aware of emerging marketing trends and incorporating new developments as appropriate.

Serve as liaison with other divisions and represent the Marketing department in on‑campus meetings and events.
