Sales & Artistry Coordinator - Las Vegas and Utah
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Sales & Artistry Coordinator to support our Las Vegas and Utah market.
Pay Range Base pay: $65,000 – $75,000 per year.
Role Overview The Coordinator will represent the brand through sales, education, and artistry across Department and Specialty stores. The role reflects Charlotte Tilbury’s values – Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential – while maximizing top‑line sales and ensuring superior service to customers.
Responsibilities Sales
Drive financial results to meet and exceed plan, including KPIs such as Mix of Business, Sales Plan, door ranking, and product ranking.
Set individual and team sales targets and communicate them.
Identify and execute key eventing opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
Inspire and motivate in‑door sales teams when the Coordinator is not present.
Participate in regional meetings, conference calls, and touch‑bases to share best practices.
Analyze performance and recommend improvements in artistry, education, and operations.
Act as an industry specialist, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
Think creatively to ensure year‑over‑year business growth.
Customer Service
Lead by example to promote exceptional service and brand awareness.
Improve service through in‑store support, training, and eventing.
Manage customer queries with sound judgement.
Collaborate with the Education team for continuous training.
Promote Charlottetilbury.com and Virtual Services when appropriate.
Use Retailer customer database for direct client opportunities.
Maintain a professional appearance and ensure team adherence to the CT dress code.
Team Development
Anticipate staffing needs and support sales goals.
Create a cohesive, positive team culture.
Facilitate impactful training, including retailer-specific visits.
Encourage completion of LMS courses and follow‑up.
Assist in onboarding new hires with Start of a Dream/CMA program.
Operations
Implement door development plans and schedule support.
Ensure the counter is open‑ready from start to finish of business.
Maintain inventory levels and accurate stock files.
Schedule coverage to maximize customer flow.
Control counter consumables within budget.
Implement visual merchandising and new launch displays.
Maintain counter hygiene and technology standards.
Resolve VM and operational issues promptly.
Ensure accuracy of expense and financial tracking.
Complete all administrative assignments on time.
Store and Retail Partner Relationships
Develop respectful, cooperative relationships with store teams.
Schedule in‑store time during peak business hours.
Build meaningful relationships through communication, reliability, and partnership.
Maintain store standards and policies.
Suggest win‑win sales opportunities.
Requirements
2+ years of beauty industry experience.
2+ years of beauty retail management.
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to influence others.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Proven sales strategy creation and consistent sales achievement.
Proven team development and success.
Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.
Capability to build strong retailer partnerships.
