UX Design Lead Join to apply for the UX Design Lead role at Jobs via Dice.

Responsibilities

Help lead a cross-discipline Reservoir Surveillance and Optimization solution team to design solutions for our engineering business challenges.

Responsible for designing based on user research from 0 to 1, including sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Responsible for helping the team learn and evolve the designs by using generative and evaluative research techniques.

Design solutions for getting engineering data from the field into our centralized repositories and design cross‑source integrated data visualizations to enable in‑depth analysis and interpretation. Solutions should consider the experience of users end‑to‑end as we follow the flow of our business data.

Work with a broad range of engineers and scientists to help build fast, effective designs.

Develop paper and electronic prototypes to test your concepts and try many ideas before settling into the right design.

Ability to shift gears quickly and have a pragmatic sense of design.

Ability to make complex things simple, but only by deeply understanding the problem.

Ability to collaborate with a team of non‑designers.

Ability to communicate verbally and visually.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Spring, TX.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
