About the Role Spotlight is growing quickly into a leader in digital advertising solutions and is expanding into the Scottsdale and Phoenix area. We’re looking for a results-driven expert in Arizona to join us full-time and help us grow our presence there. The role comes with incredible growth potential and involves managing multiple client accounts, implementing new technologies, and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of digital advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, and programmatic platforms.
Focus on ROI, customer journey mapping, conversion tracking, and analytics-driven decisions.
Manage a portfolio of diverse businesses across industries in Arizona.
Collaborate with leadership (Kellen, Head of Digital) and the team.
Help adopt and implement new advertising systems and technologies.
Deliver clear reporting and actionable recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven digital advertising experience with measurable results.
Hands‑on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, programmatic advertising, funnel building, and advanced analytics.
Skilled in improving ROI through campaign adjustments and conversion tracking.
Effective communicator able to explain strategies, results, and insights.
Team‑oriented leader who takes initiative while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
