Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to promote organizational goals.
Manage and respond to both internal and external communication inquiries in a timely manner.
Coordinate the distribution of information through various channels including email, social media, and company newsletters.
Support the creation of written content such as press releases, articles, and reports.
Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and execute new communication initiatives.
Maintain and update communication databases and mailing lists for effective outreach.
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software.
Basic understanding of communication theories and practices is a plus.
