Summary Broadmoor’s success in securing new projects relies heavily on strong proposals and presentations. This role is essential in producing persuasive, visually consistent, and strategically aligned materials that drive business development. The Marketing and Proposals Coordinator supports external marketing initiatives—proposals, presentations, and brand‑awareness—while also assisting with internal communications and employee‑focused content as needed.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, and branded collateral.
Coordinate videography and social media content.
Manage website updates.
Provide hands‑on support for all sales‑driven efforts.
Report directly to the Director of Business Development.
Work in a proactive, detail‑oriented manner in a collaborative environment.
Participate in flexible work arrangements, including remote and part‑time options.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Graphic Design (preferred).
Proficiency in Canva for designing proposals, presentations, and branded marketing collateral.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and other desktop‑publishing tools).
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and software (Prezi, Hootsuite).
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Proficiency with video‑editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
Excellent oral and written communication skills and content‑development abilities.
Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology.
Experience supporting client‑facing proposals and presentations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.
Physical Requirements The duties of this position require frequent sitting, standing, and walking. The employee regularly uses hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, and may occasionally lift and/or move office equipment up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include viewing computer monitors. Most work is performed in an office environment during normal business hours.
