The Production Designer – Graphic Design is a temporary role providing coverage for a paternity leave period. The position ensures the seamless execution of creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready assets, maintaining brand standards and technical specifications. The designer bridges creative vision and final output for consistent visual communication across print, digital, and environmental media. Roles & Responsibilities
Translate creative concepts into production-ready assets for print, digital, and environmental formats. Prepare design files to meet all technical specifications (color profiles, bleed, resolution, etc.). Review and proof assets to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and feasibility for production. Collaborate with creative managers, designers, copywriters, and vendors to deliver final outputs. Organize and archive assets according to team standards and naming conventions. Must Have
Proven mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and prepress/digital production tools. Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify inconsistencies and produce pixel-perfect work. Strong problem-solving skills for resolving production challenges. Clear, proactive communication style for cross-functional collaboration. Effective time management skills to balance multiple deadlines and tasks. Nice to Have
Experience working with asset management systems and digital libraries. Familiarity with environmental graphics production. Prior exposure to remote teams or agencies.
