What You'll Do
Conceptualize & Design: Bring ideas to life from concept through execution—translating strategy and messaging into strong, cohesive visual directions.
Design & Create: Develop eye-catching graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and more.
Branding: Help shape and maintain consistent brand identities across all client projects.
Collaborate: Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to bring campaigns to life.
Iterate & Improve: Take feedback and refine designs to ensure they meet client goals and our high standards.
Stay Inspired: Keep up with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our work fresh and innovative.
What You Bring to the Table
7+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma and MailChimp.
Understanding of digital and print design best practices.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus:
Experience working with motion graphics or video editing skills (additional compensation available for advanced animation expertise).
