The
Marketing Coordinator
will assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer outreach initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to support sales and marketing teams through clear communication and organized execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities for marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, brand activations, and in-person marketing efforts.
Prepare basic marketing materials, event documentation, and activity reports.
Help track campaign progress, gather customer feedback, and support follow-up interactions.
Participate in on-site marketing activities, event setup, and customer engagement.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing and sales teams.
Assist with appointment scheduling, outreach calls, and customer communication when needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable working on-site, coordinating with customers, and supporting hands-on marketing activities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
