Job Summary Utilizing computer technology, design and create sign and building illustrations. Provide support in design by offering fresh, creative and sound design solutions.

Responsibilities

Receive and review design requests submitted by Sales Team, Program Managers, and Service Department.

Utilize latest version of CorelDRAW and Adobe Creative Cloud software to produce conceptual and technical production drawings.

Ability to learn and research new sign / design technology in order to reach maximum efficiencies and value engineer sign products.

Meet one on one with Salespeople and Program Managers to determine customer design needs.

Attend periodic design meetings called and held by immediate supervisor.

Perform other tasks assigned by Design Management as required to timely complete drawings and production support.

Qualifications

Sign knowledge preferred.

Ability to create computer generated graphics and presentation drawings.

Ability to learn new techniques quickly.

Multi task oriented and able to work in fast paced environment.

Organized and creative.

Excellent time management skills.

Good communication skills.

Ability to communicate artistic concepts.

Good attention to detail and ability to render accurately.

Team oriented.Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Ability to have a number of jobs “open” at any given time.

Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and fraction to decimal conversions).

Education, Experience, And Credentials

Two-year Associates Degree or Technical Degree in art or Design preferred.

Proficient with latest version of CorelDRAW, Corel PHOTO-PAINT, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint a plus.

Working Conditions
