As a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you will support the Built Environment team by developing design concepts, creating models from scratch, and coordinating designs with existing conditions and other disciplines. You will convey structural requirements to construction teams through 2‑D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3‑D Revit models. Key Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and create models from scratch. Coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines. Communicate structural requirements to construction teams via traditional 2‑D deliverables and BIM 3‑D Revit models. Provide leadership for a small project and a team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, and training. Maintain team morale and support professional development. Qualifications
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field. At least 1 year experience with Revit. Minimum 3 years AutoCAD design experience. Preferred: At least 2 years of Revit experience. Experience with traditional steel and concrete structures. Experience leading a team of designers. Experience with healthcare, institutional, or commercial buildings. Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam. Benefits
