We are looking for an entry‑level architectural designer with 0–3 years of experience in New York City. The ideal candidate has had professional experience through internships and is comfortable reading and drawing plans. We value strong design sensibilities, thoroughness, organization, technical knowledge of construction, and good communication with co‑workers and mentors. Willingness to travel to construction sites is required.
Technical skills required: AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture is required. An architectural license is not required.
Hybrid work style: Mondays & Fridays remote/on‑site; Tuesdays–Thursdays in‑office.
Office located at 287 Walton Ave, South Bronx; easily reachable via the 4‑5 train (138th St & Grand Concourse) or 2 train (149th St & Grand Concourse).
Position requires in‑office presence in NYC.
