Position Overview We’re seeking a
passionate, detail-oriented Design Consultant
to help clients personalize their new homes. You’ll guide selections for all interior and exterior finishes, ensuring each house reflects the owner’s unique taste and lifestyle. You’ll also support the sales team with administrative tasks and keep our Design Studio organized, current, and visually inspiring.
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through interior and exterior finish selections to bring their vision to life
Offer design recommendations that balance preferences, functionality, and budget
Stay ahead of industry trends and new products to deliver innovative options
Partner with vendors and suppliers to deepen product knowledge
Assist sales with paperwork, documentation, and follow-up
Maintain an organized, up-to-date, and welcoming Design Studio
Requirements
Experience in interior design, home building, or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A passion for design and a commitment to customer satisfaction
