Commercial Lines Producer - Trucking (Remote)
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer with a focus on trucking accounts. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, servicing existing clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality insurance solutions tailored to the transportation industry.
Compensation Package:
Base salary plus commission Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities:
Demonstrate full knowledge of insurance products and their applications. Advise and consult with clients on insurance coverage and risk mitigation strategies. Manage workflow for an assigned book of business and delegate tasks as needed. Maintain client accounts in accordance with agency guidelines. Service and monitor account activity, including renewals and policy changes. Conduct outreach to existing insureds to enhance or "round out" accounts. Collaborate strategically with sales staff to strengthen client relationships. Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations. Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing. Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and renewal reviews. Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and business partners. Oversee marketing and quoting processes for new and renewal business. Qualifications/Requirements:
2-5+ years of experience handling trucking or transportation-related commercial insurance accounts. Proven ability to meet with clients and provide consultative risk management guidance. Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
