The Cardinal Health Pharma eCommerce team is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Content Operations Specialist to support our team of copywriters and drive operational excellence across marketing, product and technical content initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in copywriting and project coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys balancing creative quality with process efficiency.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of eCommerce Content Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational supportto the copywriting team-supporting project intake,facilitatingefficientprocessesand coordinating work across project teams.
Write,editand review copy across marketing,productand technical content pillars to ensure alignment with brand voice and style guidelines.
Manage content timelines, track milestones and report progressto stakeholders and Sr. Manager of Content Operations as needed.
Ensure all content meets business requirements, regulatory standards and delivers a high-quality customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product management, UX design, UX research, clinical and master data, legal, marketing and IT.
Support themaintenance and evolution ofcopy style guidelines; ensure consistent application across all content.
Assistteam withworkflowmanagementand documentation in Jira and Adobe Workfront.
Identifyand resolve content or design inconsistencies tooptimizethe user experience.
Support execution of client campaigns in partnership with the digital marketing team.
Proactivelyidentifystrategicimprovement opportunities and help implement scalable solutions.
Qualification
s
Bachelor's degree in marketing,communicationsor related field preferred
4-8yearsofexperiencein copywriting or content operationsin collaborative, deadline-drivenenvironment preferred
eCommerceexperiencerequired
B2B experience preferred
Creative and strategic thinker
Excellent communicationand time managementskills
Comfortable presenting concepts and creative work in teamsettings
Abilitytoeffectively managemultiple projectssimultaneously
Experience in digital content design, UX writing and/or content strategy a plus
Familiarity withJiraand agile planninga plus
Familiarity withAdobeWorkfronta plus
Experience inthehealthcare or pharmaceutical industry a plus
Anticipated salary range:
$80,900 - $103,950
