Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nExperience in Utility industry is huge plus.\nProven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role for 5+ years.\nAny business systems analyst related certification is a plus\nStrong understanding of product management and Agile methodologies.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.\nProficiency in requirement gathering, user story creation, and backlog management.\nFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).\nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
