Marketing & Studio Promotions Manager

Restore Hyper Wellness is the leading retail provider of proactive wellness therapies, helping our clients feel their best and do more of what they love. Our Lake Oswego and Happy Valley studios are dedicated to delivering expert-level care, energy, and consistency in a welcoming, high-vibe environment.In-Studio Marketing & PromotionsDesign and maintain on-brand promotional materials and displays (posters, flyers, table tents, signage, QR cards, etc.)Coordinate monthly promotional campaigns, giveaways, and partnerships with local businessesSupport front desk and studio teams in executing promotions and eventsCapture and share in-studio content (stories, member spotlights, videos) for social platformsSocial Media ManagementManage and post regularly to Restore Lake Oswego & Restore Happy Valley social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Create engaging photo/video content using studio services, members, and eventsMonitor comments, messages, and engagement to maintain active communication with the communityWork with Restore Corporate marketing as needed to ensure consistent brandingCommunity Outreach & EventsPlan, coordinate, and attend 2 tabling or community events per month (gyms, fitness studios, health expos, schools, etc.)Build partnerships with local businesses, wellness professionals, and organizations to expand Restores reachPrepare event kits, signage, and marketing collateral for all off-site activationsLead Generation & NurtureTrack and follow up on leads from events, referrals, and in-studio promotionsEnter leads into CRM and maintain accurate follow-up notes and conversionsCommunicate with potential clients via phone, email, or text to nurture interest and convert membershipsQualificationsStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsCreative eye for marketing, design, and storytelling (Canva experience preferred)Social media management experience (Instagram Reels, Meta scheduling tools, etc.)Comfortable representing Restore at events and engaging with the communityPrevious experience in retail, marketing, or wellness preferredPerks & PayCompetitive hourly rate ($20$23/hr DOE) Uncapped commissions on sales Free Restore services + discounted family benefitsProfessional development opportunities and creative freedom in your roleDynamic, fun, wellness-centered work environment recblid zsm14gnbwwchb8fz33ynt5ya6fkg14
