B&A is a global creative management agency representing a diverse group of creatives across all mediums. We’re currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This hybrid role requires you to work in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our SoHo Office.
You’ll report directly to the Marketing & Content Director and have a hand in all our outward-facing marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on email marketing.
Our department supports a fast‑paced, creatively minded team of agents and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stunning work our artists create reaches the right clients.
An ideal candidate is well‑versed in email marketing, has impeccable taste, understands visual storytelling, and has strong copywriting skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Manage a robust email marketing calendar across our NYC & London offices
Collaborate with our agents to plan and schedule email newsletters in Mailchimp, curating imagery, writing copy, and creating digital assets from branded templates as needed
Maintain, manage, and ensure our contact list stays clean & tagged accurately across Mailchimp and our CRM
Create and share newsletter performance reporting with the team lead & other relevant stakeholders.
Provide support with posting & scheduling content across Instagram and LinkedIn
Write copy for our web & social channels, client‑facing decks, etc
Support with making changes to the website homepage & case studies
Support with project management of ad‑hoc marketing projects (prepping for tradeshows, internal events, etc)
REQUIRED SKILLS
2+ years of experience with email marketing (ideally in Mailchimp)
Understanding of email marketing strategy and best practices, especially around contact list segmentation and management
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to understand, write in, and grow our brand voice
The ability to curate imagery and understand B&A’s visual language
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, creative environment
A working knowledge of InDesign & Photoshop
Project management skills
BONUS SKILLS
Experience in the creative industry (advertising, film, TV, museum, etc.)
Interest in social media strategy
Interest in video editing
Understanding of SEO best practices
SALARY RANGE: 60-70k Yearly
