The Role As a Midweight Designer , you’ll join our creative community and tackle engaging projects for diverse clients. You’ll interpret briefs, generate imaginative solutions, and refine them into polished designs that resonate. Think brand campaigns, digital interfaces, and conceptual explorations—each one seeking a balance between expressive visuals and realistic objectives. Key Responsibilities Produce Impactful Concepts Develop inventive ideas for digital, brand, and print projects. Experiment with colour, typography, and layout to craft memorable visuals that stand out. Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams Work closely with brand strategists, project leads, and fellow creatives to align design direction with strategic goals. Bring your perspective to group discussions and confidently evaluate others’ suggestions. Confidently Present Your Work Share design solutions internally and with clients, explaining the rationale and inviting dialogue. Adjust designs as feedback arises, always aiming for clarity and thoughtful execution. Stay Curious and Culturally Tuned Track industry trends, attend virtual exhibitions or relevant events, and stay up to date on design culture. Infuse new insights into your work, elevating design beyond basic expectations. Travel for Insights You may occasionally visit client sites or immersion sessions (when practical). Turn first-hand knowledge into better creative outcomes. Key Qualities Big Thinker : Keen to spark imaginative ideas that fit brand contexts. Critical Eye : Willing to share strong opinions and refine work at each milestone. Team Player : Excited to learn from others, engage in workshops, and lift the collective bar. Skills and Experience 2–3 Years in a Professional Design Role Could be an agency, in-house brand, or freelance background, but you should know your way around design challenges. Show us concept-focused work that displays variety, edge, and refined details. People Skills Comfortable engaging with clients, running creative sessions, and articulating the ‘why’ behind each design. Skilled in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar tools (British English). Familiarity with motion, interactive design, or coding is welcomed.
