A Day in Your Life at MKS: As an Optical Marketing Engineer Undergraduate Intern in the Systems Irvine Business Group, you will partner with marketing engineers perform to market research on engineering trends and competition. You Will Make an Impact By: Market research on trends, competition, market intelligence, segment analysis Test optics in a laboratory environment Trade show lab organization Pricing Optimization Marketing Promotions No Travel is required. Skills You Bring: Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program for Optical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Customer focused Results oriented Self motivated Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Physical Demand: Able to perform extensive standing, walking, climbing and lifting. Indoor lab, office or manufacturing areas. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour . This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. Benefits: MKS offers a benefits package for interns/co-ops working at least 20 hours per week, including 11 paid holidays, sick time, and 15 paid vacation days accrued on a biweekly basis.
