Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Inspector to perform inspections and quality control tasks across various stages of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have experience in final inspections, in-process inspections, and incoming raw material inspections. Prior experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) or X-ray inspection equipment is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Perform final product inspections, ensuring compliance with quality and specification standards. Conduct in-process inspections throughout the manufacturing cycle. Perform incoming inspections of raw materials and components. Support product and process audits to ensure adherence to internal procedures and external standards. Operate inspection tools and equipment, including visual, mechanical, and (if applicable) X-ray and CMM systems. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to inspections and audits. Assist with document control, data entry, and other administrative quality tasks. Communicate inspection findings and assist with troubleshooting and corrective actions. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience using CMM and/or X-ray inspection equipment is a plus. Familiarity with basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality. Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation. Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of inspection, quality assurance, or similar manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work 1st shift initially, then transition to 2nd shift. Education: High School
