Accounts Payable Content Coordinator

Baptist Health is looking for an Accounts Payable Content Coordinator to join their team. This is a remote work position for candidates that reside in KY or IN. The Content Coordinator provides support of Accounts Payable supplier maintenance operations within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Performs supplier creation or updating of various components related to the supplier records including but not limited to supplier banking, payment method, payment terms, addresses, etc. Works with multiple systems on a daily basis to add, update, research, and resolve issues related to vendor maintenance within the payables workflow. Also assists with any necessary supplier maintenance for the issuance or correction of IRS Form 1099s. Essential Duties: Ensures supplier database is maintained in agreement with Federal and State reporting requirements, Compliance department guidelines, Supply Chain needs, and Company's best practices. Responsible for all aspects of supplier set-up and maintenance by performing accurate data entry within the ERP system, communicate changes to Accounts Payable and Supply Chain, and monitor supplier approval workflows to escalate when necessary. Performs due diligence in validation of all banking change requests before supplier maintenance is executed to avoid risk of fraud. Maintains necessary records in support of all supplier maintenance ensuring appropriate documentation is attached electronically within the ERP system or department folders. Qualifications: High School/GED Minimum three years job-related experience required In-depth knowledge of accounting principles focusing particularly on accounts payable procedures and best practices. Experience generating 1099s and reporting to the IRS. Advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel with ability to perform VLookups and create pivot tables. Knowledge of vendor maintenance tools such as IRS Website, OFAC, SAM, and OIG. PeopleSoft experience.
