Location Tempe/Phoenix (ASU Tempe preferred) Compensation $500 flat (shoot + edit) Timeline 1 shoot day + editing, final delivery within 7 days of shoot About the project We’re producing a 60–90 second interview-style promo featuring our President discussing how Katzberg Institute uses AI to build customized career-readiness courses for college students. Our courses are already used by thousands of students across AZ, TX, and other states. ASU alum–led organization, local to the Valley. Where/How we’ll shoot Prefer the ASU Hayden Library Makerspace Studio (great audio/lighting options) or your own gear/location if you can match quality. What you’ll do 1-day shoot (interview + room tone; optional light B-roll) Post: edit, color balance, audio cleanup, basic lower thirds + captions Exports: 1080p (and 4K if available), web-ready MP4 + caption file (.srt) Are an ASU film/media student (preferred) or local creator with similar access Have a reel/portfolio and can shoot clean interview footage (lighting + audio) Edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve Can meet a 1-week turnaround and communicate clearly Nice to have Experience reserving/using the Hayden Makerspace Studio Lav mic and basic 3-point lighting know-how How to apply (Easy Apply notes) A sentence on your gear or confirm access to the ASU Makerspace Availability next week for a 10-minute chat Confirmation you’re comfortable with the $500 flat rate Selection & timing We’re reviewing on a rolling basis and contacting a small first group of ASU candidates.
