Social Media Content Creator – Fashion Accessories (Part‑Time) Velvet Caviar is seeking a creative, production‑focused Content Creator to produce scroll‑stopping short‑form videos and static content for Instagram, TikTok, and brand channels. The role blends original concepting, filming, editing, and community engagement. Base pay range: $70,000 – $100,000 per year Location: New York, NY (hybrid – 2 days per week in office) What you’ll do Ideate,, and edit social‑first content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand education Create engaging Instagram Reels, Posts, Stories, and TikTok videos (short form and interactive formats) Shoot short‑form videos on‑camera and behind‑camera; edit with emphasis on hooks, pacing, tone, motion, and graphic overlays Pitch weekly new content ideas to marketing, balance repetition and testing, and stay on top of cultural trends and algorithm shifts Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, design, and marketing teams to execute brand and product campaigns Produce additional formats (static graphics, carousels, GIFs, community IG stories) and support community engagement Must have 4+ years social media content strategy and production experience 2+ years iPhone photography/videography experience Proficient in social media apps, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut Deep understanding of brand social strategy and consumer trends Portfolio of photos or videos produced for social media Strong communication and copywriting skills Highly organized, detail‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset Fast‑paced environment experience and meeting deadlines Bonus: paid advertising content experience, camera‑facing comfort, strong graphic design skills in Photoshop or similar Perks and benefits Competitive salary with bonuses PTO Days + paid holidays Premium health insurance Hybrid work – 2 days in Brooklyn office Opportunity to help grow a fast‑growing brand Velvet Caviar is an equal opportunity employer.
