We are looking for a very special person to fill a new role at Syneos Health Communications. Strong candidates have a blend of influencer strategy expertise (in pharma), are creative and have passion and understanding of how pop culture and cultural nuance impact and inform the work we do, and are highly adept at collaborating with many teams and partners.
Responsibilities
Develop customized influencer strategies and campaigns in partnership with account teams across US PR and advertising. Includes development and presentations of annual plans, new business proposals, organic growth opportunities and more
Oversee execution of influencer campaigns end‑to‑end: ideation through content creation, partner selection, activation, measurement and optimization
Create and drive content engines for multi‑faceted influencer campaigns
Stay on top of trends and package new news into thought pieces for internal and external use
Collaborate closely with account teams to bolster client trust by showcasing our unparalleled social media and influencer marketing proficiency, ensuring their confidence in our capabilities
Requirements
Minimum 8 years experience specializing in healthcare influencer marketing – including celeb, macro, micro, patient and HCP
Experience identifying and working with HCP influencers and digital opinion leaders
Strong understanding of celebrity and influencer identification, vetting, contracting, and activation within the highly regulated pharma industry
Strong ability to deliver persuasive, evidence‑based counsel for client communications and marketing teams
Comfort working with cross‑functional teams that are both large and small and interacting with different people on a daily basis (including clients)
Up‑to‑date on current and emerging influencer and social media trends, particularly those with implications in the healthcare industry
Knowledge of the rules and regulations related to the pharma industry
Experience in creating and driving content engines for multi‑faceted influencer campaigns
Effectively prioritize tasks and projects based on their importance, deadlines, and impact on overall goals. Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of quality work
Stay flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment, adjusting strategies quickly in response to changes in consumer behavior, market dynamics, or platform algorithms

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
