About the Role
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Social Media Sstrategist to support our efforts across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more. You’ll collaborate with the Social Director and Senior Social Strategist to execute content calendars, optimize posts, and engage target audiences in a professional B2B setting.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn
Manage monthly content calendars for company and spokesperson profiles
Write professional B2B posts and thought leadership articles
Optimize native video content for LinkedIn
Track industry trends and identify timely opportunities
Create networking‑focused posts to drive engagement
Meta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads)
Build and manage monthly content calendars
Produce Stories using native features (polls, stickers, etc.)
Create Reels with trending audio and effects
Conduct and apply hashtag research
TikTok
Identify and adapt emerging trends to our brand voice
Edit videos in CapCut with creative transitions and effects
Use trending sounds to maximize reach
Develop hashtag challenges and viral‑style content
Repurpose videos for cross‑platform use
Additional Platforms (X/Twitter, Reddit) – Advantageous, not required
Spot trending topics and conversations
Craft concise, platform‑appropriate copy
Tools & Software
Content Creation: Canva Pro, CapCut
Scheduling & Management: Sprout Social
Analytics: Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Sprout Social
Project Management: Google Workspace, ClickUp
Social Listening & Research: Sprout Social
Client Communication & Career Development
Months 1–6:
Support client communication via ClickUp, email, and Sprout Social
Present calendar updates under supervision
From Month 7 Onward:
Lead content‑focused client calls and present monthly calendars
Ongoing:
Strategic discussions and high‑level client relations remain with senior leadership
Scope & Limitations
Not Responsible For:
In‑depth reporting or analytics independently
High‑level strategy formulation
Managing complex client issues
Capacity
After training, support content for 3+ clients with strategic backup from a senior social manager
Qualifications
Proven experience in LinkedIn and Instagram content management
Familiarity with TikTok trends and production
Strong B2B writing and communication skills
Proficient in Canva Pro, CapCut, Sprout Social, and ClickUp
Highly organized with attention to detail
Excellent written communication for client correspondence
