CVR — the nation’s leader in vein care with over 120 clinic locations — is seeking a data‑driven, innovative Paid Media Specialist to help scale and optimize our national performance marketing program.
This position manages and advances CVR’s established paid Facebook and Google programs, ensuring consistent lead generation, efficient attribution, and measurable ROI across all markets. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical execution with strategic campaign development, leveraging data, creative insights, and AI tools to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
Manage, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, Instagram, and LinkedIn for more than 120 CVR clinic markets.
Maintain and evolve our established Facebook program, with ongoing testing, audience refinement, and conversion improvements.
Oversee campaign performance and implement real-time optimizations to maximize conversion rate, cost per lead (CPL), and booked-patient ROI.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution through Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4, maintaining full-funnel visibility.
Develop and execute geo-targeting strategies to align with regional goals and emerging market priorities.
Execute eCommerce campaigns through paid channels for compression stockings.
Collaborate closely with CVR’s creative team to identify asset needs, recommend new tests, and deliver campaign concepts informed by data insights.
Analytics, AI, and Optimization
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve targeting, bidding efficiency, audience segmentation, and campaign learning velocity.
Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities, growth trends, and underperforming markets.
Partner with analytics and web teams to optimize landing pages and conversion paths for performance.
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creative, copy, and audience segments to refine performance across platforms.
Communicate key learnings and insights through clear reporting dashboards and executive summaries.
Strategy and Development
Translate campaign data into actionable business strategy and investment recommendations.
Collaborate with regional and clinical teams to support localized marketing efforts through data-driven insights.
Continuously evolve paid media best practices, ensuring CVR remains a leader in performance marketing innovation.
Participate in broader campaign planning discussions, bringing new ideas around automation, personalization, and creative direction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3‑5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media strategies, particularly on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
Experience with media budget management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
Experience using Craft, HubSpot, Shopify (e‑commerce), and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Certifications
Facebook Blueprint Certification
Google Ads and Analytics Certification
AI or Data Analytics Certification (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot, etc.)
