Role Description Lead the full product design lifecycle from concept, wire framing, and prototyping to final production. Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that deliver a seamless user experience. Collaborate with Product Managers and other team members to develop innovative product features. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. Optimize and refine UI components to enhance user performance and engagement. Qualifications 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in product design, with a strong focus on SaaS B2B products. Expertise in designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible user interfaces. Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. Proven ability to create logos, style guides, and design systems that reinforce brand recognition. Experience designing marketing assets. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to design, optimize, and iterate based on feedback and performance data. Sense of accountability, ownership, and dedication to achieving objectives. Strong analytical skills combined with a deep understanding of user experience best practices and business goals. Quick learner with a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
