Key Responsibilities Own the preparation of digital files for print (layout, bleeds, crop marks, etc.) Proof, troubleshoot, and ensure print accuracy—spot issues early and solve fast Rework and format existing materials for new print/web uses Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, digital, and marketing teams Execute layout‑heavy print pieces that align with brand identity and guidelines Review production proofs and finish samples to ensure design integrity Use InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat daily Have 5+ years of experience in a hands‑on, detail‑heavy print production role Know print like a pro—understand specs, pre‑flight, and output requirements Can pivot quickly and keep projects moving forward without missing a beat Take pride in your work but aren’t attached to your ego Are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work with great people Technical Skills InDesign, with strong proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
