Overview
The Marketing Influencer Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to promote our brand, enhance awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. This includes building relationships with influencers, creating content, analyzing data, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit relevant influencers, emphasizing YouTube long‑form creators while engaging Instagram and TikTok partners for short‑form amplification.
Manage influencer programs end‑to‑end, from sourcing and negotiation to contracting, execution, performance tracking, and post‑campaign reporting.
Plan and drive a consistent monthly pipeline of influencer content, ensuring high‑quality storytelling that highlights product benefits and user value.
Collaborate with influencers and agencies to develop compelling creative concepts, campaign ideas, and content deliverables.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term influencer relationships, fostering repeat partnerships and deeper brand advocacy.
Ensure influencer‑generated content meets brand alignment and compliance guidelines.
Track and report performance metrics—views, traffic, engagement, conversions—and continuously optimize strategy and creator mix.
Stay current on platform trends, emerging creators, and evolving best practices to unlock new opportunities and enhance influencer impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of influencer marketing experience with a proven track record of successful, measurable campaigns.
Experience in consumer electronics preferred, with the ability to translate product features into compelling stories.
Social‑native mindset with deep fluency in YouTube long‑form, TikTok, and Instagram content formats and creator ecosystems.
Creative storyteller with strong grasp of digital and influencer trends and experience developing engagement‑driving campaign ideas.
Performance‑driven with strong analytics skills (CPM, CPC, conversion, ROI) and ability to optimize strategy based on data.
Proficiency in influencer and analytics platforms such as CreatorIQ and FastMoss, managing high‑volume monthly video deliverables.
Highly organized with strong operational skills: managing contracts, briefs, payments, invoicing, logistics, and deadlines.
Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with influencers, agencies, and internal partners.
Adaptable, fast‑moving creative problem‑solver with grit and a continuous optimization mindset.
Knowledge of brand safety disclosure and legal standards for influencer partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of content creation and storytelling.
A curious and creative mindset to devise innovative campaign ideas for influencers.
Experience in brand building, digital strategy, community management, influencer outreach, content creation, and industry trends.

Pay Range: $50,000 – $70,000
