Director of Music Ministry (Part-Time) Crooks Memorial United Methodist Church – Yorktown, VA Crooks Memorial UMC is seeking a part-time Director of Music Ministry to lead our music program, combining roles of choir director and organist/pianist. Key Responsibilities: Direct the Chancel Choir and lead music for Sunday worship, special services, and major church events. Provide organ/piano accompaniment for worship, weddings, and funerals. Collaborate with the Pastor to plan hymns and special music. Recruit and encourage participation in choirs, ensembles, and solo offerings. Qualifications: Christian faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Music education preferred. Proven ability to direct choirs and play organ/piano. Experience in church music ministry.
