About the Role

We’re the TikTok LIVE Design team — this team supports crafting campaign visuals that blend creativity and impact, from creator activations to regional campaigns. Join us to inspire audiences, drive growth, and shape the future of LIVE.

We’re looking for a Designer to join our TikTok LIVE Design team. This role is best suited for an early‑career designer with strong foundational visual design skills who’s eager to grow in a fast‑paced, global environment. You’ll contribute to campaign visuals across TikTok LIVE, while building your expertise and independence as a Designer.

You’ll work closely with a team of experienced creatives and cross‑regional partners, balancing hands‑on execution with professional development. The role emphasizes both craft and business awareness — ensuring your design work drives impact for creators, campaigns, and platform growth.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals, ensuring deliverables are engaging, polished, and aligned with stakeholders' needs.
• Own requests end‑to‑end and support on larger, more complex projects. Deliver work on time, following process specifications with minimal guidance.
• Partner with operations and stakeholders to clarify design needs and deliver solutions that resonate across diverse audiences.
• Apply design theories, diverse perspectives, and platform specifications to produce high‑quality outputs that scale.
• Actively learn new tools and techniques, share knowledge with peers, and stay updated on industry and platform trends.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse straightforward business needs and propose creative, actionable design solutions.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Experienced knowledge in Illustration, 2D/3D Visual Design, UI Design, and AIGC.
• Familiarity with design processes, able to consistently deliver within specifications and meet campaign standards.
• Able to independently handle simple requests and contribute meaningfully to complex ones.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly apply new knowledge and workflows.
• Self‑motivated, curious, and proactive in driving your own development.

Job Information

Compensation: base salary range $76,212–$143,556 annually. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Employees receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid holidays and sick days.
