As a Project Manager for Creative Operations & Trafficking, you’ll be at the center of campaign execution—managing timelines, trafficking creative assets, and coordinating across creative, production, and media teams. If you like bringing order to complexity, tracking multiple moving parts, and helping creative teams deliver their best work—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Support end-to-end execution of creative and production deliverables across digital, social, print, and video channels.
  • Build and maintain project timelines and trafficking schedules, updating them as priorities shift.
  • Track deliverables from intake through final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all creative files, asset kits, toolkits, and playbooks meet channel, client, and internal standards before release.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a day-to-day contact between creative, production, media, and account teams.
  • Participate in project kickoffs to confirm deliverables, specs, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure asset readiness, toolkit completion, and playbook updates for on-time trafficking.

Asset Management & Trafficking

  • Route creative assets, kits, and toolkits for internal and client review/approvals.
  • Maintain organized file structures and accurate version control for all deliverables, including playbooks and supporting documentation.
  • Traffic final assets, kits, and toolkits to media and production partners per delivery specs.

Process & Workflow Support

  • Follow established project management processes and templates.
  • Maintain and update project playbooks as reference materials for recurring campaign types.
  • Flag risks or blockers early and elevate to the Head of Project Management as needed.
  • Suggest workflow improvements to increase efficiency.

What You Bring

Experience & Skills

  • 2–4 years of project management, creative operations, or production trafficking experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with integrated campaign workflows across digital, social, print, and video.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Trello, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office; experience with asset management tools a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing and trafficking asset kits, playbooks, and toolkits for campaigns.
