Administer desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks.
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
Perform day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices.
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
Install, load, and upgrade operating system and application software on Unix/Windows platforms.
Maintain integrity and configure network components and implement operating system enhancements.
Maintain security and compliance with STIG guidelines using tools such as Retina and HBSS.
Develop and maintain SOPs, backup and recovery plans, and disaster recovery procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
Must have Security+ certification or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent within 90 days of hire.
TS/SCI clearance required; eligibility to obtain CI Poly.
UNIX, Windows, and/or Storage administration experience.
Experience with trouble reporting and tracking systems such as Security+.
Ability to provide after‑hour on‑call support.
Travel availability 0‑20% to local area sites and other locations.
Physical ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.

Experience in the imagery intelligence domain.
Ability to create and modify scripts in Windows, Linux, and Solaris.
Familiarity with database administration, network administration, and configuration management.

Location: Customer Site. US citizenship required. Physical requirement: lift up to 40 lbs. Travel 0‑20%.

Mid‑Senior level.
